Thank you for your inquiry. We are not under any direct supervision and we are open on Saturday's. All of our fish are smoked under strict Rabbinical supervision, as is our kosher deli meats. All of our salads are made in-store with only kosher ingredients. We make our own cream sheese. Again, all the ingredients are kosher. Even our bagels come to use made under supervision.
